The Mead Farm is run by husband and wife Lawrence and Izabela Hembrow with their two young children William and Abigail. The family strongly believes in the value and importance of good quality food, leading them to develop this new enterprise Mead Farm Foods. Which allows them to share these beliefs with their neighbours across the region.

No additives, preservatives or colouring. Just two natural ingredients, cream and salt (for the salted range) made only a few miles away in Woolaston.

Our hens are provided with highest level of welfare standards and a stress free environment which includes large scratching areas on a range of 1,000 birds per acre. All our ranges have plenty of shelters and perching for the ladies to feel safe and happy.

We make whole juice draught and bottled ciders and perry using locally grown apples and pears. Since 1956 we have been making cider at our family home and now cider mill. Set within 4 acres of heritage orchards and established gardens, we are situated on the banks of the River Severn in Awre, the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.

Inspired by this generous terroir, Château La Coste takes the utmost care of the soil and the natural surroundings by opting for an organic wine-making process, applying biodynamic principles and prioritizing quality over quantity.

Noam is a lager beer, brewed to the highest Bavarian purity standards. it is neither filtered, stabilised nor thermally treated.

It contains nothing but barley, hop, water and yeast. with it’s 5.2 percent of alcohol it is aged for 6 weeks to achieve its superior taste. Noam is a small batch beer that is made (almost) to order.

Our superior white, red & rose wine range has something for everyone. We deal with some of the world’s leading and best wine producers.

All of our recipes are family favourites, some handed down from my grandmothers, others crossing the pond from great friends in the US. We love using local seasonal ingredients, there really is nothing better and we have some great local produces in the Wye Valley and brilliant network of local “Swap Croppers” sharing their apples, quince and damsons.

Silver Circle Distillery are the producers of Wye Valley Gin and a range of small batch craft spirits which you may have come across in the Wye Valley. The distillery is based in the beautiful village of Catbrook, between Tintern and Trellech, a short distance from the Wye Valley Walk.

For two years we researched and tested countless recipes on our one litre Still. We instantly became very popular as we were never short of volunteers to taste our gin! With our recipes complete we purchased a 150-litre copper Still and converted our 250-year-old former cow shed into the distillery. Penrhos Spirits was born and so the adventure begins.

Master distiller Dai Wakely uses a selection of botanicals from all over the world (which is rather apt, considering Swansea’s history as a port for incoming goods from across the globe), including juniper, lemon peel, lime peel, pink grapefruit peel, orange peel, liquorice root, orris root, coriander seed, angelica root, cardamom seed, almond and chamomile.

Since we put the lid on our first bottle of our Premium Indian Tonic Water, we haven’t wavered in our single-minded mission to bring quality, flavour and choice back to mixers.
